Only Titan has the answer
Only Titan has its own, constantly updated, fleet of high-specification luxury customised vehicles, all of which are complete with the latest satellite navigation equipment, as well as radio and telephone contact with our own Control Centre, which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This ensures that we are able to locate your home or nominated address easily and on time and also avoid delays and traffic jams on the way to either Heathrow or Gatwick Airport.

Clients will be collected, with their luggage, from the entrance of their home or, where pick-up is from an apartment building, from the entrance nearest the street. The service is free of charge on all these holidays. Clients need to be living within the postcode regions listed on page 95. Clients living in Scotland and the far north of England, Ireland and the Channel Islands are instead able to enjoy free connecting flights to London for international departures from either Heathrow or Gatwick Airports, subject to availability. If, for any reason, you do not wish to be picked up from your front door, you are more than welcome to nominate any other address within the postcodes listed on page 95, such as a local hotel, public house or supermarket. We must be provided with the postcode and name or number of the address at the time of booking and we must be able to legally stop outside. Please speak to our sales staff for further details.

On journeys longer than three hours we include comfort stops when we provide complimentary tea and coffee. The majority of our comfortable air-conditioned vehicles usually carry four passengers, with ample luggage space, and with no more than six passengers carried in any vehicle at any one time, you can be sure of a quick routing and an efficient and pleasurable experience with a minimum number of stops throughout your journey.

Our courteous and smartly dressed drivers are carefully selected and monitored, many having now worked with us for a considerable number of years, and we have an ongoing training programme which includes advanced driving instruction.

Occasionally, a private hire vehicle may be used, particularly on shorter journeys, when this will be contracted to an executive car hire company known to us and wherever possible equipped with the latest satellite navigation equipment.

 

Easy Rider Serice
This service is offered to anyone who has VIP Home Departure Service™ included. Flight times and the need to check-in early may mean an early start on your day of departure, particularly if you have a long way to travel to the airport. Our Easy Rider service enables you to leave home at a reasonable hour the day before your flight and stay overnight at an hotel located nearby Heathrow or Gatwick Airport and all with the added comfort of being picked-up from your home.

You will be met at your home by our courteous driver and then travel in one of our luxury customised vehicles, seating no more than six people, with complimentary tea or coffee provided at rest stops on journeys of more than three hours. Your overnight accommodation will be at a four star hotel with good facilities and a restaurant. All accommodation used will have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioned guest rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, direct-dial telephone, television and hairdryer as standard. The following morning, after your included breakfast, we will again collect you in one of our vehicles and drive you to the airport in plenty of time for your flight.

The inclusive charge for our Easy Rider service is £75 per person, based on twin occupancy at the hotel. This service is available on outbound journeys only, subject to availability. The supplement per person for a single room is £40 and the reduction per person for sharing a triple room is £12. Please note that triple rooms will contain one double bed and one single bed. If three single beds are required then one twin room and one single room will need to be booked at the separate prices quoted above.

During your overnight stay at the Easy Rider hotel, there will not be a Titan representative available. However, the hotel will be able to assist with any queries you may have and are in contact with our 24- hour Control Centre. The Easy Rider service should be requested at the time of booking. Any subsequent request after you have booked your holiday will be subject to availability of accommodation.

Please note we can only book Easy Riders up to 4 weeks prior to departure. Please specify ‘Easy Rider’, as well as your outbound and, if different, return address when booking. Our contractual rates with UK Easy Rider hotels do not apply to late bookings. Therefore a supplement of £25 will apply to all Easy Rider bookings made within four weeks of departure. Our Sales staff will be happy to advise you of your estimated departure time from your home.

 

Luggage Allowance
It is important to note that for all clients using our VIP Home Departure Service™, only one suitcase, plus one piece of hand baggage, per person will be permitted.

If you require accommodation when joining and/or leaving a tour at any of the UK’s International Airports, our Tailor-Made Sales staff will be happy to make arrangements for you. Free Connecting Flights
As an alternative to our VIP Home Departure Service™, we offer FREE connecting flights, subject to availability, from Aberdeen, Belfast, Cork, Dublin, Edinburgh, Inverness, Glasgow, Guernsey, Jersey, Leeds/Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle, Teeside and the Isle of Man . Please call for details.
